Sister, you can eat better than just chicken and broccoli everyday
Has anyone ever told you that in order to lose weight, you need to eat a diet of about 1200 calories?
Well, let me tell you that you can eat better than chicken and broccoli and 1200 calories a day and hit your goals! Let me show you how I eat more calories, burn fat and life a sustainable lifestyle. In the FASTer Way to Fat Loss®, we're not eating chicken and broccoli every single night. In the past, I’ve paid someone to tell me that I have to eat that every single day to reach my goals, but I’m here to tell you that we need to kick that theory to the curb. That’s what I like to call bro science, and we are not bros, we are women. The FASTer Way was created for women by women. In the program, we eat all the foods. All. Of. The. Foods. We eat carbs, fats and proteins. While we don’t restrict the foods that we eat, we eat all these foods in a specific schedule that allows our bodies to burn fat. We have more energy and we sleep better, which are all wins if you're a woman.
So this bro science that I talked about earlier...
…it doesn't work and we need to kick it to the curb big time. And one of those things with this science that I've been told by the bros is to eat chicken and broccoli every single night and eat 1200 calories a day. No way. This isn’t good for you and it's not sustainable. Because once you reach that goal, what will you eat? Do you know how many calories I eat in a day? It is somewhere around 2100 calories a day. I sleep better, and I have energy throughout the day. This is something that is sustainable. We’re eating whole foods. Carbs, fats and proteins. We’re not excluding anything.
Am I asking you to pay for the program? Yes. Because there are hundreds of others across the United States right now that are asking the same thing of women. We need to be investing in our health and learning how to eat and how to eat real food and not just chicken and broccoli. Let’s discover foods together that are good for us. In the program, we’ll convert our bodies from sugar burners to fat burners and eat on a schedule that helps our bodies learn to do this for us. We’ll train our bodies to burn fat again while eating all macronutrients, not by deleting one of them.
There are two main things that I want you to take away today. The first is that you will actually eat while on this program. We won’t exclude any foods. You’re going to eat real foods that will help you sleep better and have more energy to do all the things you love to do. The second is that I want you to understand that this program is completely sustainable. Because we are eating real foods, you can sustain this lifestyle. There’s no pills or shakes that help you lose the weight. This program is all about learning to eat the foods you already love to eat and when to eat them. We can live a happier and healthier life by eating more than just chicken and broccoli!
