Are You Eating Clean and Working Out and Not Seeing the Results You Want?
It is ALL too often that I see and I hear it women talk about eating clean and working out and not seeing the results. The solution seems to always lead to a “work out harder, eat less” mentality.
FYI-Calorie restriction is BAD! It’s time to make it STOPI Calorie restriction makes us feel bad and puts unnecessary demands on our bodies which creates a level of stress internally that can cause a weight loss plateau or worse. Calorie restricting can actually cause you cause weight GAIN and hold on to fat instead of losing it.
In the FASTer Way we do things in a completely different. We use powerful nutritional strategies to turn our bodies in to a fat burning machine. We use whole food nutrition and count macronutrients instead of calories. Most of my clients are surorised at the about of food they are eating everyday ad still seeing the results they want. I love teaching clients how to eat! We have been so mislead in this area and I think its important to teach the language of food so that we can all have food freedom!
Intentional exercise is something else we do differently in the FASTer Way. We focus on weight training, instead of crazy, strenuous workouts that leave you feeling tired and worn out afterwards. Sister, you do not need to feel this way anymore! In the FASTer Way® we do HIIT training twice a week and heavy weight training workouts 3 times a week. We vary these workouts from day to day in order to maximize our bodies ability to fat burn and build lean muscle mass. The remaining 2 days of the week we REST! Yep, that’s right, you do need your rest too, so those are already built in for you.
